Riverbridge
Riverbridge is an approximately 385,000 square foot mixed-use development project in South Berlin, Massachusetts. The project includes construction of a Shell gasoline station and convenience store, a day care center, a hotel, several apartment buildings, and retail and restaurant space. The project has been developed over several years and RMA has continued to provide traffic engineering services throughout the life of the project. The project required extensive roadway improvements including construction of a new roundabout for access to the site.
Old South Road Mixed-Use Development
This mixed-use development encompasses approximately 60 acres of land abutting Old South Road in Nantucket, Massachusetts. The project includes a mix of single-family homes, apartments, and commercial space. RMA performed all of the traffic studies required in over 5 years of planning and permitting of the project and prepared the construction engineering documents for the significant roadway improvements necessitated by the project.
Arsenal Street Apartment and Retail Development
The project was permitted through the Town of Watertown for construction of approximately 300 apartment units, a 40,000 square foot supermarket, and 6,000 square feet of smaller retail space on Arsenal Street in Watertown, Massachusetts. RMA prepared the Traffic Impact and Access Study as well as conceptual designs for the traffic mitigation necessitated by the project.
