Ron Müller managed the traffic permitting efforts for an 800,000 square foot Bose Corporation office park at the site of the former Digital complex in Stow, Massachusetts. The project required review and approval from Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA) office and the Town of Stow Planning Board. The project also required site access improvements including roadway widening and traffic signal installation. Ron Müller performed these services while employed at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc.
Milford Regional Physicians Group Medical Office
RMA prepared the Traffic Impact and Access Study for a 45,600 square foot medical office and urgent care facility located at 1262 West Central Street in Franklin, Massachusetts. RMA also prepared conceptual designs and contract documents for a widening of Route 140 to provide access to the site and obtained the necessary Highway Access Permit from MassDOT.
RMA prepared a Traffic Impact and Access Study for a proposed re-use and expansion of an existing office building located on Nagog Park Drive in Acton, Massachusetts. The prior 201,690 square foot office building was to be re-used and expanded to house the corporate offices of Insulet Corporation. The expanded building will be 380,859 square feet in size and contain a total of 242,822 square feet of office space, 108,421 square feet of square feet of manufacturing space, and 29,616 square feet of warehousing space.
