Projects included locations in Avon, Braintree, Brockton, Everett, Franklin, Lowell, Medford, Milford, and Tewksbury, Massachusetts and in Manchester, New Hampshire. The projects ranged in size from fewer than 10 units to more than 300 units.
Subdivisions
Single-family home subdivision projects located in Carver, Dighton, Holden, Milton, Kingston, and Norwell, Massachusetts.
Age-Restricted Housing
Age-restricted housing projects included assisted living facilities and 55+ developments located in Lexington, Methuen, and Middleborough, Massachusetts.
